Yes. Aura Kol Studios is based in Hollywood, Florida. Tell us about your recording project, musician needs, equipment requirements, or event production. Sessions, equipment, staffing, venue requirements, and pricing are confirmed individually before booking.
Does AV Royal perform every service directly?+
We assess needs, organize solutions, coordinate professionals, and follow through. Any directly performed non-regulated maintenance is confirmed in your written scope. Regulated construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and remediation work must be performed by appropriately licensed and insured professionals.
Can you care for my property while I’m away?+
Yes. Royal Concierge plans can include scheduled visual property checks, service appointments, arrival preparation, and updates. Visits are tailored to an agreed scope; home watch is not a security, insurance, or technical inspection service.
Do you offer one-time and recurring services?+
Both. Request a single service visit, project coordination, monthly property care, seasonal concierge support, or a portfolio maintenance arrangement. Pricing follows a conversation about scope and property needs.

Our primary market is Hollywood, Florida 33021, with requests welcomed from Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Davie, Plantation, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County communities. Availability is confirmed for each request.
Can you help with storm or water damage?+
