This website provides general information about AV ROYAL SERVICES. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve a time, or authorize work. Availability, scope, responsibilities, pricing, and terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Coordination and regulated services

AV Royal provides personal and business concierge, property-care coordination, and music and event production support. Studio sessions, performers, equipment, production responsibilities, venue permissions, and any applicable usage rights are agreed in writing before booking. Any direct non-regulated maintenance is defined in the written scope. Construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, mold remediation, and other regulated work require appropriately licensed and insured professionals. No contracting, brokerage, or remediation license is represented by this website.

Property checks and emergencies

Scheduled visual property checks are limited to an agreed scope and do not replace technical inspections, insurance, security monitoring, or emergency services. Website requests are not monitored for emergency dispatch. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
